These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
2. Orders, Acceptance & Availability
Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or reject an order (e.g. for stock, compliance or pricing errors) at our discretion. If an item is unavailable after ordering, we will offer an alternative, a backorder with updated ETA, or a refund.
3. Payment, Security & Invoicing
Payment is required prior to dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Card data is processed by our payment providers; we do not store raw card numbers. Where available, we may store a token provided by the gateway for future authorisations (e.g. repeat orders) in accordance with PCI-DSS and the provider’s policies.
Tax invoices that comply with GST requirements are issued electronically.
4. Title & Risk
Title to Goods passes to you when we receive payment in full for those Goods. Risk in the Goods passes to you on delivery to the delivery address you provide (or, if applicable, when collected by you or your agent). Please inspect parcels on arrival and notify us promptly of any transit damage or shortages (see section 8).
5. Shipping (Australia Only)
We dispatch Australia-wide (no international sales). Orders typically leave our warehouse within 1–3 business days (Queensland business days and public holidays excluded). Delivery timeframes depend on the carrier and destination.
Carriers we commonly use include Australia Post and Sendle. You will receive tracking details when your order ships. Delivery instructions are requests only; final delivery handling is at the carrier’s discretion.
6. Cancellations & Order Changes
Once an order is submitted it is sent for processing and generally cannot be amended or cancelled. Please take care when selecting items. Where we can accommodate a change at your request, additional charges may apply (e.g. re-pick/pack or carrier re-route fees).
7. Change-of-Mind Returns (14 Days)
If you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of the invoice date, subject to the conditions below. On approval, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) and instructions.
- Items must be unopened, unused, in original condition and packaging (including seals, manuals and accessories). For hygiene and regulatory reasons, consumables, sterile or patient-contact products are not returnable once packaging is opened, tampered with or compromised.
- Custom, special-order or clearance items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns unless required by law.
- Return freight and insurance are your responsibility. We recommend a trackable service. Goods remain your risk until received and inspected by us.
- On acceptance, we will refund to the original payment method or apply store credit (at your election), excluding original shipping and handling.
- A reasonable restocking fee may apply to cover inspection and handling costs; if applicable, we will disclose the fee to you before you send the item back.
